What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, and — only if you choose — a mobile phone number), the construction plan sets and photos you upload for review, and basic usage data needed to operate the service.

How we use it

To run your plan reviews and return findings, to operate and secure your account, to send you the messages you ask for (email and, if you opt in, SMS), and to improve the reliability of the service.

Mobile information & SMS — we do NOT sell or share it

No mobile information — your phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent — is sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

If you opt in, we use your number only to send PlanSight verification codes and plan-review status updates. SMS is never required to use PlanSight. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off SMS in your account Settings. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. See Section 11 of our Terms for the full SMS program details.

How we protect it

Your files and data are access-controlled — visible only to you and the review system, and no other user can access them. We engineer the review engine to be isolated per request and hardened against tampering. See our security overview on the homepage.

Retention & your choices

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise any privacy choice — access, correction, or deletion — contact us.

Third-party processors

We rely on infrastructure and AI providers strictly to deliver the service (for example, cloud hosting, message delivery, and the AI models that perform the review). They process data on our behalf under their terms and are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.
